Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาการใช้เทคนิคการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดและการสื่อสารที่ไม่ใช่การบำบัดกับผู้ป่วยจิตเวช โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบบันทึกการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดของนักเรียนพยาบาลทหารอากาศชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 135ฉบับ ขณะ ฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักเรียนพยาบาลทหารอากาศใช้เทคนิคการสื่อสารด้วยคำพูด จำนวน 2,445 ครั้ง เป็นเทคนิค การสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดจำนวน 2,111 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 86.34) และเป็นเทคนิคการสื่อสารที่ไม่ใช่การบำบัด จำนวน 334 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 13.66) โดยเทคนิคการสื่อสารที่ไม่ใช่การบำบัด จัดหมวดหมู่ได้13 เทคนิค ได้แก่ 1. ให้การยอมรับว่าถูกต้อง จำนวน 78 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 23.35), 2. ตอบสนองไม่ตรงประเด็น จำนวน 50 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 14.97), 3. ขอคำอธิบาย จำนวน 48 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 14.37), 4. ให้คำแนะนำ จำนวน 33 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 9.88), 5. กล่าวตำหนิจำนวน 26 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 7.78), 6. แสดงการเห็นด้วย จำนวน 20 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 5.99), 7. ใช้หลายคำถามในหนึ่งประโยค จำนวน 16 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 4.79), 8. แก้ตัวแทนผู้อื่น จำนวน 14 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 4.19), 9. ใช้คำพูดท้าทาย จำนวน 14 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 4.19), 10. กล่าวแย้งข้อคิดเห็นของผู้ป่วย จำนวน 10 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 2.99), 11. ใช้คำปลอบใจที่ไม่เหมาะสมจำนวน 9ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 2.70), 12.สนทนาเชิงสังคมจำนวน 9ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 2.70), 13. ปฏิเสธการช่วยเหลือ จำนวน 7 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 2.10) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้นักเรียนพยาบาล ใช้เทคนิคการสื่อสารที่ไม่ใช่การบำบัด จำนวน 334 ครั้ง (ร้อยละ 13.66) ถึงแม้ว่า เป็นจำนวนไม่มากเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเทคนิคการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัด แต่การใช้เทคนิคที่ไม่ใช่การบำบัดเพียงครั้งเดียว ก็สามารถ ส่งผลให้การสื่อสารนั้นล้มเหลวได้ผลจากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในรายวิชาการ พยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติเพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความรู้เข้าใจ และสามารถใช้เทคนิคการสื่อสารใน การปฏิบัติงานจริงกับผู้ป่วยจิตเวชได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ

The study of Therapeutic communication technique and non-therapeutic communication technique with psychiatric patient

The study aims to study therapeutic communication techniques and non-therapeutic communication techniques of the air force nursing student with psychiatric patient during clinical practice in mental Health and psychiatric nursing. Data were collected by 135 communication techniques process recording of the third year air force nursing students. Data were analyzed by content analysis frequency and percentage. The finding revealed 2,245 verbal communication technique, 2,111 times = 86.34 percent were therapeuticcommunicationtechnique whereas innon-therapeuticcommunicationtechniques found 334times = 13.66 percent. These non-therapeutic communication techniques Classification as 13 items. These were 1. Correctly accepting (giving approval) 78 times = 23.35 percent, 2. Incorrectly responding (introducing an unrelated topic) 50 times = 14.97 percent, 3. Asking for Description (requesting and explanation) 48 times = 14.37 percent, 4. Advising (giving advice) 33 times = 9.88 percent, 5. Do not accepting (giving disapproval) 26 times = 7.78 percent, 6. Agreeing 20 times = 5.99 percent, 7. Asking many questions in one time 16 times = 4.79 percent, 8. Defending = 14 times, = 4.19 percent, 9. Use the word Challenging 14 times = 4.19 percent, 10. Disagreeing 10 times = 2.99 percent, 11. Inappropriate soothing word (False reassurance) 9 times = 2.70 percent, 12. Social relation. (Focusing on self) 9 times = 2.70 percent, 13. Denied Helping (Rejecting) 7 times = 2.10 percent. The results of this study found 334 non-therapeutic communication techniques (13.66 percent) were used. Although there less number when compared to therapeutic communication techniques. But using non-therapeutic techniques only one time can also result in communication failing. These findings would be concerned in mental health and psychiatric nursing both theoretical and practical to provide students with knowledge, and practical communication skills in working with psychiatric patients accurately and effectively.
