การพัฒนาบทเรียนสื่อประสมเพื่อเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้กายวิภาคศาสตร์ พื้นฐานระบบกระดูกของนิสิตพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองชนิดกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพบทเรียน สื่อประสมเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้กายวิภาคศาสตร์พื้นฐานระบบกระดูกของนิสิตพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 30 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียน และ ความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บทเรียนสื่อประสมกายวิภาคศาสตร์พื้นฐานระบบกระดูก มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นครอนบาคอัลฟา .89 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค ่าเฉลี่ย วิเคราะห์สถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน เปรียบเทียบผลคะแนนก ่อนและ หลังเรียนบทเรียนสื่อประสมโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบกลุ ่มตัวอย ่างที่ไม ่เป็นอิสระต ่อกัน และวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนสื่อ ประสมกายวิภาคศาสตร์ระบบกระดูกโดยยึดหลัก E1/E2 = 80/80 ผลการวิจัยพบประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนสื่อประสมเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้กายวิภาคศาสตร์พื้นฐานระบบกระดูกที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพ 81.89/84.47ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ผลคะแนนหลังเรียนบทเรียนสื่อประสมกายวิภาคศาสตร์พื้นฐาน ระบบกระดูกสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p < .001) และคะแนนความความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.28, SD = 0.42)

Development of Multimedia for enhancing’s Knowledge in the Basic Anatomy in Human Skeletal System of Nursing Student second years of University of Phayao

The one group pretest-posttest design examined the efficiency of multimedia for enhancing skill in the basic anatomy of human skeletal system for the second years nursing student of University of Phayao. The sample consisted of 30 second years nursing student. Data were collected by pretest, posttest, and satisfaction questionnaire of the multimedia, with cronbach’s reliability coefficient 0.89. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation and the dependent samples t-test compared mean score between pretest-posttest. The 80/80 standard based on the E1/E2 formula was used to determine the efficiency. The study found that the efficiency of multimedia for enhancing skill in the basic anatomy of human skeletal system of the second years nursing student of University of Phayao got criterion of 81.89 / 84.47 higher than 80/80. The learning scores after study multimedia for enhancing skill in the Basic Anatomy in Human Skeletal System higher than that the pretest (p < .001), and nursing’s student overall satisfaction with the multimedia was at the high level. (M = 4.28, SD = 0.42)
