              บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติของกากถั่วเหลืองและเพื่อออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์งานประติมากรรมจากกากถั่วเหลือง โดยมีวิธีการดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 นำกากถั่วเหลืองมาผสมกับตัวประสาน เช่น กาว เรซิ่น ตัวม่วง ตัวทำให้แข็ง แป้งข้าวเจ้า เพื่อให้ขึ้นรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำเอากากถั่วเหลืองมาสร้างสรรค์เป็นงานประติมากรรมประเภทงานปั้น งานหล่อ และงานพิมพ์กด

              ผลของการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์งานประติมากรรมจากกากถั่วเหลือง พบว่า กากถั่วเหลืองเมื่อนำไปตากแดดให้แห้ง แล้วนำไปทำให้ละเอียดโดยใช้เครื่องปั่น จะได้กากถั่วเหลืองที่มีลักษณะป่นละเอียดมีสีเหลืองอ่อนหรือสีน้ำตาลอ่อน และสามารถนำไปสร้างงานประติมากรรม งานปั้นรูปลอยตัว เช่น วัว ควาย ดอกไม้ เป็นต้น งานหล่อรูปลอยตัว นูนต่ำ เช่น พระ การ์ตูน เป็นต้น และงานพิมพ์กดนูนต่ำ เช่น ดอกไม้ ผีเสื้อ เป็นต้น

Abstract

              This article had two main objectives: 1) to study the qualification of soybean meal and 2) to design some sculptures of soybean products. The procedurcs were as the following: Step1: Blending soybean meal with some binders for adhesive such as glue resin, purple flour to create the products. Step 2: creating soybean meal to be some sculptures as sculpture, molding and printing press.

              The results of the sculptures from the soybean products, it was found that when putting soybean meal in the sun to make it dry, and then make a profile by using a blender, we would get soybean meal look fine with light yellow or light brown colours. And we could contribute to create some sculptures of floating sculpture shaped like cows, buffalos, flowers Moreover, we could create floating mold and low relief such as Buddha images, comics, incuding law relief printing press as flowers, alphabets, some animals and so on.
