             เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากลว่าเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนาองค์การสู่ความเป็นเลิศการวิจัย  แบบบรรยายนี้จึงมุ่งศึกษาความรู้  และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี  สระบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้  คือ อาจารย์และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สระบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 70 คน ซึ่งใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง  เครื่องมือวิจัยได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและหาค่าความเที่ยงแบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์ EdPEx ของกลุ่มอาจารย์ได้เท่ากับ.72 และกลุ่มบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการได้เท่ากับ.76แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อเกณฑ์ EdPEx ของกลุ่มอาจารย์ได้เท่ากับ.78 และกลุ่มบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการได้เท่ากับ .83 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอาจารย์กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์ EdPEx อยู่ในระดับดี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.44ทัศนคติต่อเกณฑ์ EdPEx อยู่ในทางบวก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.56 บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์ EdPEx อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.40 ทัศนคติต่อเกณฑ์ EdPEx อยู่ในทางบวก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.00 ดังนั้น ความรู้ของอาจารย์และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนจึงจำเป็นต้องได้รับการพัฒนา ส่วนทัศนคติที่อยู่ในระดับดีนั้น ควรปลูกฝังให้อาจารย์และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเกณฑ์ EdPEx อย่างต่อเนื่อง

Knowledge and Attitude about Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of                       the staffs in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Saraburi

Abstract

             Education criteria for performance Excellence (EdPEx) was instrumental in the development of an effective international organization to excellence. This research aimed to study knowledge and attitudeaboutEducation Criteria for Performance Excellence of the staffs in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Saraburi. The sample of 70 instructors and staffs in the academic year 2014 at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Saraburi. Data were collected using the knowledge and attitudeabout Education Criteria for Performance Excellence questionnaires. It was tested for the content validity and reliability. The reliability of knowledge questionnaire of instructors and staffs were .72 and .76, respectively. The reliability of attitude questionnaire of instructors and students were .78 and .83, respectively. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            The results showed that the majority of instructors of knowledge about EdPEx had fair level (44.44%) and the attitude had good level (55.56%). The majority of staffs of knowledge about EdPEx had improved level (54.40%) and the attitude had good level (50.00%).

             The study results conclude that the knowledge and the opinion of instructors and staffs had fair and improve level. Therefore, the knowledge of instructors and staffs need to be developed. The attitude had good level. Therefore, instructors and staffs should be instilled with a positive attitude towards the EdPEx.
