Abstract

Learning Management of Thai Educations 4.0 is the important issue of Learning Management in the present age which needs to be changed the processes of Human Learning Management to match the ideas of the industry 4.0 which focuses on bringing digital technology to be applied in producing innovations and services. Education 4.0 is the Learning Management to develop the learners to be able of thinking, designing, producing, developing, creating, and presenting valuable and real usage of innovations with responsibility. Learners of 4.0 should have important qualifications of thinking, making and creating by integrating knowledge with digital technology, and initiate new operations by themselves. Teachers of 4.0 should have capacity of the pace of change to be used as a tool of developing learners to reach desired qualifications. Curriculum 4.0 should have modern world knowledge content, learning deeply only important subjects, and focus on practical trainings for life skills and create the works. The models of Learning Management 4.0 should be the models which promote learners to have ability of critical thinking, creative thinking, imagery thinking, and responsible thinking to get creative products or creative innovations. The assessment and evaluation of 4.0 should be a qualitative evaluation according to real conditions which focus on practices to reflect the learners’ development by using information, tools, and various methods. The consistent and systematic operations will result the learning management accomplished completely according to the intent of Thai Education 4.0.
