The purpose of this research was to study factors that affect the quality classroom action research according to perception of primary school administrator under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The sample were 393 primary school administrators of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The instruments used in this research was questionnaire with the reliability at 0.93. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic methods including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The finding of this research was quality classroom action research were predicted by the study indicated that policy, strategies and plans, evaluation and publication, Academic leaderships, and coaching and mentoring team building for research that could predict at 51.90 percent.
