This paper is a survey research. Aims to to study the quality of service. Affecting
employee satisfaction. The company’s shuttle service. of STTC company limited. In this study,
Collect data using questionnaire. (Questionnaire) from the staff of shuttle service of STTC
Co., Ltd. 364 persons. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard
deviation. Statistics used to test the hypothesis are : Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA,
Least Significant Different (LSD), and Quality of service factor test.
The results showed that: 1) the respondent asked to share a comment on the quality
of the overall service levels. And classified as trustworthy factors at high level ( = 3.81).
Second, the level of service satisfaction was very high ( = 3.80). The level of service was high
( = 3.78). ( = 3.72) and the level of knowledge and understanding of service recipients was
high ( = 3.65), respectively. 2) The respondents asked the level of opinion on the satisfaction
of using the shuttle service at the high level ( = 3.71) and classified as the service factor of
General Administration Officer. At the high level ( = 3.91) the service level of the coordinator
was very high ( = 3.71). The service level of the driver was very high ( = 3.71). The use and
efficiency of the e-transformer system is very high ( = 3.64) and the level of vehicle was high
( = 3.57), respectively.
