DUTIES OF REVIEWERS

  1. Keep confidentiality and conceal information of the article submitted for consideration to other non-related parties during the period of reviewing
  2. After receiving the article from the Editor and the reviewer of the article realized that he or she may have the conflict of interest with the author, i.e. being one of the team of the project, or knowing the author in person, or other reasons to cause inability of giving opinions and suggestions freely, the reviewer should notify the Journal’s Editor and refuse to review such article
  3. Reviewer should review only article within his or her own expertise by considering the importance of the content of such article. If he or she does not have the aptitude or expertise, he or she should refuse to review such article and notify the Editor
  4. Reviewer should not impose feelings or personal opinion with no information support as criteria for making decision on such research/academic article accompanying the “accepting” or “refusal” the publication of the article
  5. When the reviewer consider a verification of important and conforming research/academic article with the reviewing article, but the author failed to refer to such article in the reviewing article, he or she should give suggestions to the author of the article. Besides, if any part of the article is similar or in repetition with other pieces of work, reviewer must also notify the Editor
