การฝึกปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพทางการบริหารการศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของคุรุสภา PROFESIONAL PRACTICUM IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTISUTIONS BASED ON THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF THE TEACHERS’ COUNCIL OF THAILAND
This survey research aimed to conduct an opinion survey on process of the professional practicum in educational administration of higher education institutions based on the professional standards of Teachers’ Council of Thailand (TCT). The sample was higher education institutions recognized by TCT in aspects of curriculum standards, provider standards and graduate standards of Master degree in educational administration. The instrument used study was a questionnaire on professional practicum in educational administration of higher education institutions based on the professional standards of TCT.
The results revealed that the majority of respondents were from public higher education institutions. The levels of perception on each characteristic of the professional practicum was as follow: 1) Instructors’ qualification: the highest was meeting the qualification criteria of the Office of Higher Education Commission. 2) Supervisors’ qualification: the highest was qualification criteria OHEC. 3) Mentors’ qualification: the high was experience in educational institutions/educational agencies. 4) Students’ qualification: the high was principles of good governance and integrity. 5) Educational institutions/educational agencies qualification: the high was passed the quality standard assessment from ONESQA. Satisfaction on professional practicum based on PDCA was at the highest level on comprising planning (Plan), Implementation (Do) and evaluation (Check) and at high level on standardization (Act).
