การศึกษาอิทธิพลของแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานที่มีต่อการยึดมั่นผูกพันกับงานของครู โรงเรียนศรีอยุธยา ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ THE STUDY OF INFLUENCES BETWEEN WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK ENGAGEMENT FOR TEACHERS IN SRI AYUDHYA SCHOOL
The purposes of this study were 1) to determine the level of work engagement in teachers 2) to determine the level of work motivation in teachers 3) to analyze the relationship between work engagement and work motivation among teachers and 4) to study the effects of work motivation on work engagement. This is a descriptive research. The population of this study is teachers who are teaching in Sri Ayudhya school, academic year 2015.The data collection instrument used in was a questionnaire that is divided into 4 parts. Data analysis was conducted by utilizing descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regressions to analysis.
The results were as follow; 1) level of teachers’ work engagement was average in high level as school service, students’ counseling, teaching and classroom action research in order 2) level of teachers’ work motivation was average in high level as work responsibility, work achievement and work surrounding orderly 3) the relationship between work motivation and work engagement was significant in level of .05 4) there were only 2 factors in work motivation that influenced the level of work engagement in teachers: work responsibility and work achievement. The 2 factors of teachers’ work motivation could explain approximately 29.70 percent of the variance of teachers’ work engagement.
