It was qualitative research method by documentary study and field research such as observation, in-depth interview. The key informants consisted of official staff 3 persons, community leader 4 persons, community officer 2 persons, community cultural tourism site leader 4 persons and handicraft product groups 7 persons, in total of 20 persons. The data analysis was using by typological analysis and analytic induction. The draft of knowledge management process for cultural tourism site development of Phanom community was monitored by experts. The results revealed that there were 5 steps of KM process for cultural tourism site development as 1) Knowledge Identification from knowledge of tourism site, accessibility, amenities, souvenirs, marketing, administrative management in participation and environment. 2) Knowledge creation and acquisition from working, training, study tour, documents, radio, television and radio broadcasting of community 3) Knowledge access by joining the meetings which holding by community, government sector and projects, joining festivals /handicraft exhibition events and training. 4) Knowledge sharing by joining community’s and government’s annual meetings, group discussion, and private sectors. 5) Learning from joining activities and applying for cultural tourism site development.</p> ER -
