The purposes of this study were 1) to synthesize the main steps and the main element of lesson plan for secondary school teachers. 2) to develop a lesson plan evaluation form for secondary school teachers. 3) to evaluate a lesson plan for secondary school teachers. The sample involved 320 teachers of the secondary educational service area. The research instruments were the lesson plan evaluation form for secondary school teachers.
Result were as follows: (1) The main steps and the main element of lesson plan for secondary school teachers consisted of 6 components; main point, objective, content, activity design, Learning Materials/Resources, Evaluation Methods. (2)The lesson plan evaluation form for secondary school teachers consisted of 2 forms. The reliability of the first form was 0.788. And the range of inter – rater reliability of the second form was 0.876 – 0.931.
