การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม วัฒนธรรม เศรษฐกิจของชุมชนชายแดนต่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (AEC) : การเกิดขึ้นของจุดผ่านแดนถาวรช่องภูดู่และการตอบสนองของคนท้องถิ่นในอำเภอบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

       การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบทปัญหาการเปลี่ยนแปลงและปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อสังคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจของคนในท้องถิ่นในเขตแดนข้ามภูดู่ 2) ศึกษาถึงผลกระทบของสังคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐศาสตร์ และการตอบสนองของคนในท้องถิ่นที่ท่าเรือข้ามฟากถาวรภูดูและ 3) เสนอข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติในการแก้ปัญหาของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐและประชาชนในเขตแดนข้ามพรมแดนภูโด ตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนและชุมชนท้องถิ่น ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณในขณะที่ใช้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลง

Changes in Social, Cultural, Economic Community of ASEAN Economic Community on Entry to The Border (AEC): The Phu Doo International Point of Entry and Response of Local People in Amphoe Ban Khok Uttaradit Province

         in social, cultural, and economics of people in local community was in the high level, 2) the impact of social, cultural, and economics towards the border community was widely extended because of the development, and 3) the guideline for solving problems of the government sectors and people in local community showed that the government sectors, local administrative organizations, local community, and private sectors had the  guideline of link for problems solving in four aspects including physical link, human resources link, economics link, and political link.
