Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study Integrated Marketing Communication, Brand equity, Consumer Behavior and Attitude to Consumer’s Decision on injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) in Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample consisted 400 consumers who have been injected Botulinum Toxin in Bangkok Metropolitan. The instrument of research was a questionnaire couched at a level of reliability in a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation (SD), t-test, One way Analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) by Stepwise technique. The result found that, Respondents with different gender, age, income have different decision making on injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) in Bangkok Metropolitan with statistic significant level of 0.05. Integrated marketing communication affect decision making on injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) at 0.05 statistically significant levels. Brand equity affect decision making on injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) at 0.05 statistically significant levels. Attitude affect decision making on injecting botulinum toxin (Botox) at 0.05 statistically significant levels.
