Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) The Buddhism Oriented School Management of Watchalermprakiat Phiboonbumrung School 2) Good practices in The Buddhism Oriented School Management of Watchalermprakiat Phiboonbumrung School. Teacher civil service and educational personnel Watchalermprakiat Phiboonbumrung School, consisting of 55 people and 5 moral teachings in schools, totaling 60 people. The research instruments were Feedback questionnaire Structural interview the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, arithmetic. Standard deviation and content analysis the research found that 1. The Buddhism Oriented School Management in the high level 2. Best practice in The Buddhism Oriented School Management the school uses the principles of good governance, the threefold principles, the principles of Panya Wuttitham, the 4 principles, the 4 principles of participation, and can manage learning effectively. Have an incentive for students to learn by themselves.
