The Assessment of Teachers’ need for Supporting of Executive in Knowledge Management of Brain Development at Jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Offi ce 5

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) study the state of perception to know the real condition and state of need that expect of teachers with school administrators support in brain base learning. 2) to need assessment of teachers with school administrators support in brain base learning of schools under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area offi ce 5. The 205 teacher samples was selected by multi-stage sampling method. The are under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area offi ce 5. The research instrument was questionnaire with 5 rating scale, 0.968 reliability of state of perception get to know the real condition questionnaire and 0.991 reliability of need that expect of teachers questionnaire. Analysis result of research by Mean, Standard Deviation and Modifi ed Priority Needs Index (PNIModifi ed). The result of research showed 1) The teachers’ under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area offi ce 5 had the high level of perception get to know the real condition (X̅ = 3.71, S.D. = 0.82) and had the high level of state of need that expect (X̅ = 4.31, S.D. = 0.66). And 2) The need of teachers’ under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area offi ce 5 with school administrators support in brain base learning were Playground, Learning Process, Brain Base Learning and Exercise Book and Work sheet.
