บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาของประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันต้องเผชิญกับความเสี่ยงภายใต้กระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและรอบด้าน ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในโรงเรียนจำเป็นต้องให้ความสำคัญในการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนเพื่อสร้างศักยภาพแก่นักเรียนและครูในโรงเรียน ครูธุรกิจศึกษานับได้ว่าเป็นบุคคลที่มีความสำคัญในการนำปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ แต่ปัญหาสำคัญคือ โรงเรียนยังขาดความมั่นใจเกี่ยวกับขอบเขตของการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปประยุกต์ใช้ ดังนั้นเพื่อให้ครูธุรกิจศึกษาได้เข้าใจปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่ถูกต้อง รวมทั้งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในการ จัดการเรียนรู้ บทความนี้จึงขอนำเสนอถึงโมเดลการประยุกต์ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับครูธุรกิจศึกษา รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ถึงการนำเอาหลักการทรงงาน ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว มาประยุกตํใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อให้ครูธุรกิจศึกษาสามารถบรณาการความรู้ ควบคู่กับปรับกระบวนการเรียนการสอนแก่ผู้เรียนทุกๆ คน ให้เหมาะสมกับเนื้อหาและสภาวการณ์ของสังคม ของประเทศ และของโลก ตามลำดับ โดยใช้หลัก “ความพอเพียง” ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความพอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล และความมีภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดี โดยมีความรู้และคุณธรรมเป็นเงื่อนไขในการปฏิบัติ

ABSTRACT

Under the forces of globalization, Education in Thailand faces risks and critical challenges arising from uncontrollable factors and rapidly changing circumstances. Therefore, school stakeholders are necessary for a balanced development strategy with the philosophy of sufficiency economy co-existing for improving student and teacher outcomes in school. Business education teacher is a key person for adapt philosophy of sufficiency economy to active learning. The main problem is the absence of confidence in utilization of this theory for implementation. For understand and implement philosophy of sufficiency economy to active learning, this article aims to propose the model of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy application to the Business Education Teachers and suggest how to apply His Majesty the King's Principles of Work for business education teachers’ learning and teaching process for all student with content relevant to contemporary society, both for the nation and the world respectively. To make it practical, it is essential to adhere first and foremost to the philosophy of sufficiency economy under the principles of 3 middle paths comprising moderation, reasonableness and a level of self-immune system. Additionally, an application of knowledge and integrity is essential.
