Abstract

This research purposes were: 1) to study the factors and indicators of mentoring internal cooperative for the school under SakonNakhon office of primary education service area 2, 2) to study the current state and the desirable state of mentoring internal cooperative for the school under SakonNakhon office of primary education service area 2, and 3) to develop the guidelines of mentoring internal cooperative for the school under SakonNakhon office of primary education service area 2. A sample group is the head of an educational institution and teacher under SakonNakhon office of primary education service area 2 for 248 people with stratified random sampling was selected. The research instruments using 1) a current state questionnaire that the discrimination from 0.25 to 0.76 and the total reliability of 0.85, a desirable state questionnaire that the discrimination from 0.29 น 0.67 and the total reliability of 0.79 2) a structured interview form, and 3) a suitability and feasibility assessment form for the guidelines on the operation of mentoring internal cooperative. The analysis of data employed percentage, the mean and standard deviation.
