Abstract

This study purposed to 1) examine relationship between factor variation and learning achievement of student teachers 2) explore the best factor on learning outcomes of student teachers 3) create equation for predicting learning achievement of student teachers. Data was collected in academic year 2017 from 178 student teachers in Faculty of Education, Roi Et Rajabhat University who were in the fifth year and doing a 1 year internship. They were selected by simple random sampling method. Research instrument was 5 rating scales including 80 items which were verified the content validity by experts (IOC) at 0.67-1.00 and reliability at 0.80-0.85. Data was analyzed for mean scores, standard deviation, coefficient, correlation, and multiple regressions analysis. Findings showed that 1) correlation between variables was positive and significant at .01, and correlation coefficient between variables and  learning achievement of student teachers were positive and significant at .01 all variables. 2) The weight of importance on learning achievement of student teachers was statistically significant which consisted of 3 variables; internal locus of control, emotional quotient, and teacher profession respectively. 3) Creating predicting equation in terms of raw scores and standard scores as follows,
