Abstract

 


This study purposed to: investigate in elements and indicators of learning environment for schools, explore in current conditions and desirable conditions in learning environment for schools under and develop the guidelines of learning environment management for schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19. The research was conducted in 3 stages. The first stage was study in elements and indicators of learning environment for schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19. The data was obtained from 5 experts, the data collection tool was evaluation form, and the statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The second stage was study in current conditions, desirable conditions and strategy of learning environment management for schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19. The samples were school administrators and teachers 327 persons totally. The data collection tool was questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The third stage was guideline development of learning environment management for schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19. The respondent group was from 3 schools administrators. The data collection tool was structured interview form and guideline evaluation form. The statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation.  The results indicated that: 1) The elements and Indicators learning environment for schools 19 consisted of 4 elements 29 indicators. 2) Current conditions in learning environments for schools were at a good level. The desirable conditions in learning environments for schools under the Office of Secondary Education Area Office 19 were at the high level. The strategy could be sorted in descending order as: 1) Constructionist leaning environment management 2) Technology Development 3) Educare Learning Environment 4) The Lifelong Learning Center management for the community. 3) The guidelines of the learning environment for schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 were to brainstorm ideas to improve the physical environment of learning, to Consult and develop plans, to promote and develop environment for learning both inside and outside the classroom, to promote the atmosphere of the class as a social group, activities for teaching both in and outside the classroom, special events and the learning of students in all aspects, to promote of student supporting system, to encourage teachers to create a welcoming atmosphere, filling with love And understanding between teachers and students,  to promote the system of high quality and advanced applications of ICT for the management, to Recruit and develop of ICT.
