Abstract

              The  research  aimed  to  1)  To  study  the  concepts  and  metrics,  professional  learning  communities.  2)  To  study  the  present  The  desirable  And  how  to  develop  the  concept  of  professional  learning  communities.  The  curriculum  focuses  on  the  learners.    3)  To  study  the  development  of  education.  The  concept  of  professional  learning  communities.  The  curriculum  focuses  on  the  learners.  The  research  and  development  was  used  in  this  study  were  scales  was  0.83  for  the  data  analysis,  and  standard  deviation  Mean  Standard  Deviation.
