Abstract

ABSTRACT


            The objectives of this research were to 1) study creative leadership behavior of Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12, 2) study job satisfaction of teachers under the Secondery Educational Service Area Office 12 and 3) study the relationship between creative leadership behavior of administrators and job satisfaction of teachers under the Secondery Educational Service Area Office 12. Sampling group consisted of 354 persons including teachers from schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12 during 2016 academic year. Research tool was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.99. Data was analyzed by using computer program for calculating mean, percentage, standard deviation, and Pearson product moment correlation.


            The results revealed that:


            1. School administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12 are creative leadership behavior in all aspects and specifically at the high level. when considering each aspect, In descending order from the highest average was the visionary, the creative ,the human relations,the teamwork, the negotiations, the flexibility and adaptability , the consideration for the families.


            2. Job satisfaction of teachers under the Secondery Educational Service Area Office 12 in all aspects and specifically at the high level. considering these two factors,Six elements: 1) factors overall and specifically at the high level. ordering from the top down is the success ,the gain respect, the progress in the work. 2) factor support overall and specifically at the high level. ordering from the top down is the relationship with colleagues, policy and administration ,the benefits.


            3. Creative leadership behaviors of school administrators have a positive relationship with satisfaction in the work of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12 statistical significance level. 01.
