Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ภาวะสุขภาพ ความเชื่อทางศาสนา
การปฏิบัติทางศาสนา ความพึงพอใจในชีวิต กับภาวะธรรมทัศน์ในวัยสูงอายุ ของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน
การออกแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา
การดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มี อายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป พักอาศัยในชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง
ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 183 ราย การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การสัมภาษณ์ตามแบบสอบถาม
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามภาวะสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามความเชื่อและการปฏิบัติทางศาสนา
แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในชีวิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์
สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีภาวะสุขภาพโดยทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับดี ความเชื่อทางศาสนา
และการปฏิบัติทางศาสนาค่อนข้างสูง (mean = 45.81, SD = 6.62, skewness = -.54; mean =52.25,
SD = 6.55, skewness -1.59 ตามลำดับ) ความพึงพอใจในชีวิตค่อนข้างสูง (mean = 59.39, SD = 9.89,
skewness = -.91) ภาวะธรรมทัศน์ในวัยสูงอายุค่อนข้างต่ำ (mean = 73.48, SD = 5.98,
Skewness = .27) ความเชื่อทางศาสนามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับต่ำกับภาวะธรรมทัศน์ในมิติ
ของการมองโลก (rs=.19) และมิติของการมองตน (rs=.19) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.01)
แต่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะสุขภาพ การปฏิบัติทางศาสนา ความพึงพอใจในชีวิต กับภาวะ
ธรรมทัศน์ในวัยสูงอายุ
ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรมีการพัฒนาแบบประเมินความเชื่อทางศาสนาและภาวะธรรมทัศน์ใน
วัยสูงอายุที่เหมาะกับบริบทสังคมไทย และควรมีการวิจัยในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุชุมชนภาคอื่นๆ เพื่อเพิ่ม
หลักฐานภาวะธรรมทัศน์ในวัยสูงอายุสังคมไทย
