The sellers use both Price Competition and Non-Price Competition to conduct the market. They develop the core products of the on-line shops and create the signature of the shop, accompanying with the strategy called “Privacy”, which is to keep the privacy, or personal information of their customers, and the strategy called “Problemshooting”, which is to provide best after-sales services of solving all buyers’ problems for keeping customers satisfaction. As a result, their customers will tell their peers about their good experiences which is word-of-mouth marketing, the most influential tool for buying decision on Social Commerce.
