การพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรชุมชนบ้านดงเย็นในพื้นที่พิเศษเมืองโบราณอู่ทอง

Abstract

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research & Development : R&D)  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)  ศึกษาสภาพการณ์ในการพัฒนาแหล่งการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านดงเย็นในเขตพื้นที่พิเศษเมืองโบราณอู่ทอง 2) ประเมินศักยภาพและความพร้อมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านดงเย็น 3) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านดงเย็น 4) ประเมินผลและถอดบทเรียนการพัฒนาแหล่งการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านดงเย็น ดำเนินการวิจัย  โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม   การจัดการอบรม การศึกษาและดูงาน การจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการถอดบทเรียน

          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า  (1) การศึกษาสภาพการณ์ ชุมชนบ้านดงเย็น มีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเมืองโบราณอู่ทองอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ศักยภาพและความพร้อมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้าน  ดงเย็นอยู่ในระดับมาก มีบริบทของพื้นที่พิเศษเมืองโบราณอู่ทองอยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการในการพัฒนาพื้นที่พิเศษเมืองโบราณอู่ทองอยู่ในระดับมาก (3)รูปแบบที่คณะผู้วิจัยใช้ชื่อว่า “DONG-YEN Model” มีองค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) D =  Driving  Forces (แรงขับ/พลังภายใน)  2) O =  Owner  (ความเป็นเจ้าของร่วมกัน) 3) N =  Natural  (ธรรมชาติ) 4) G= Goods (สินค้าเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว)  5) Y   = Yourself (ตัวตนคนในชุมชน) 6) E   =  Empowering (การเสริมพลังอำนาจ)  และ 7) N   =  Networking (เครือข่ายวิชาการ) และผ่านการรับรองรูปแบบ การนำไปใช้โดยการอบรม มีคะแนนก่อนการอบรมและหลังการอบรมเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 การศึกษา  ดูงาน กิจกรรมใบงาน การจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และการถอดบทเรียน ได้ผล 9 กิจกรรม การกำหนดเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวโดยจักรยาน การจัดทำป้ายแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และแผนที่แสดงแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอินทรีย์ และจัดทำคู่มือการเกษตรอินทรีย์บ้านดงเย็น (4) ความเห็นของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีต่อรูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเกษตรอินทรีย์บ้านดงเย็นอยู่ในระดับมากและถอดบทเรียนผลที่เป็นผลสำเร็จมีนักท่องเที่ยวมากขึ้น จากผลการดำเนินการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ปัจจัยนำสู่ความสำเร็จจากผู้นำและความร่วมมือของชุมชน และเกิดการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรอินทรีย์บ้านดงเย็น

            This research and development project was aimed to 1) study present situation in Ban Don Yen Community located in U thong Ancient City Area, its potentials and readiness for developing to be as the one agro-tourism attractive site 2) formulate the model of management 3) evaluate and considering the lessons learnt from the development. The research was divided into 4 stepes. The tools employed here were structural questionnaire, guideline for in-depth interview, guideline for focus group discussion, seminar, study tour, and arrangement of exchangeable learning forum. The collected data was analyzed in its contents and with the social program package. And the lessons were learnt.

             The results could be demonstrated as follows:         

             -    This communities namely Ban Dong Yen was evaluated in their readiness to serve the development at much level. The context of U Thong Ancient City and its demand for the development were also evaluated at much level too.

             -    The model was constructed and named to “DONG-YEN Model” and each of the abbreviated letters was come from 1) D = Internal Driving Force, Owner = Share of Belonging,  N = Natural, G = Tourist Goods, Y= Yourself, E= Empowering, and N= Networking. This was employed and guaranteed in the training course. Significantly the trainee group was tested and the mean score of post-test was higher than the pre-test score p< 0.05.

             -    From the study tour, the assigned paper, the learning forum and the lessons learnt, these could yield many of the activities built-up such as the tourist by bicycle routes, the agro-tourist posts, the map of one organic agricultural site and the manual of how to make it in Ban Dong Yen village. The target group had his positive attitude toward the model at much level.

          -           To achieve the aims of the development, it should have many tourist and the leadership skills of the community leaders and the involvement of community menbers  as well.
