การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการเป็นองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ขั้นตอนการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัล 1 โรงเรียน 1 นวัตกรรม จำนวน 7 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย โดยมีค่าความตรงด้านเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.99 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 397 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 1,191 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบการเป็นองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีจำนวน 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การจัดการความรู้ 2) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ 3) ภาวะผู้นำ 4) บรรยากาศองค์การ 5) การทำงานเป็นทีม 6) โครงสร้างองค์การ 7) วัฒนธรรมองค์การ และ 8) การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์

              The aims of this research were to examine the factors of innovative organization of basic educational institutions. The research procedures consisted of: 1) data collection by using a semi-structured interview form from 7 basic educational institution directors who received 1 school 1 innovation award; 2) data collection by using a questionnaire constructed by the researcher with content validity between 0.80-1.00 and the internal consistency reliability coefficient of 0.99. The research sample was 397 educational institutions under Office of the Basic Education Commission. The research informants were 1,191 directors, vice-directors, and teachers of basic educational institutions, derived by multi-stage sampling. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factor analysis. The research found that regarding exploratory factor analysis, there were 8 factors of innovative organization of basic educational institutions: 1) knowledge management, 2) strategic management, 3) leadership, 4) organizational climate, 5) teamwork, 6) organizational structure, 7) organizational culture, and  8) human resource management.
