การพัฒนาบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์ รายวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียน

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์ รายวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้และ   การจัดการชั้นเรียน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียน ระหว่างก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้วยบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์ รายวิชา           การจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี           ราชมงคลธัญบุรี ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียน ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล  คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่าประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂) และการทดสอบทดสอบทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (t-test Dependent)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์ รายวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดการชั้นเรียน ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.22/83.10 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียน โดยการจัดการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนอิเลคทรอนิคส์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบในการเรียน และประโยชน์ต่อ         การเรียนรู้ในระดับมากที่สุด

          This research aimed to 1) develop electronics lesson for Learning Management and Classroom Management course with the efficiency standard of 80/80, 2) compare the students’  achievement before and after learning through the electronic lesson and, 3) find out students’ satisfaction on the electronics lesson in Learning Management and Classroom Management course. Research samples were 30 cluster random sampling of student teachers studying in the Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession, academic year 2016, Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The data were analyzed using by mean (), standard deviation (S.D.),  efficiency standard value (E₁/E₂), and t-test dependent.

The findings were as follows: 1) the developed electronics lesson on the Learning Management and Classroom Management course had the efficiency (E1/E2) at 81.22/83.10 which was higher than the set criteria. 2) The post-test score of the students studying through electronics lesson was higher than the pre-test score with statistically significant difference at .01. 3) The students’ holistic satisfaction on the Learning Management and Classroom Management course studying through electronics lesson was at the highest level. The individual factor investigation showed that the students were satisfied with the learning style and the learning usefulness of the developed electronic lesson at the highest level.
