จริยธรรมวิชาชีพกับพุทธจริยศาสตร์

Abstract

                เมื่อสังคมพัฒนามาจนถึงวันที่มีการเรียกร้องเรื่องจริยธรรม แสดงให้เห็นว่า สังคมต้องประสบกับปัญหาหรือความเดือดร้อนขึ้น เพราะเรื่องจริยธรรมเป็นเรื่องของสำนึก เป็นมโนธรรมซึ่งเป็นตัวบ่งชี้ความดี-ชั่ว ถูก-ผิด  การดำรงชีพของมนุษย์ต้องอาศัยการทำงานหาเลี้ยงชีพ ทุกคนจึงอยู่ในฐานะของผู้ประกอบอาชีพและอยู่ในฐานะของผู้บริโภคสินค้าและบริการจากอาชีพอื่นด้วย แต่ปัญหาหรือความเดือดร้อนเกิดขึ้นเพราะการประกอบอาชีพไม่สุจริต มีการเอารัดเอาเปรียบ และสังคมตกอยู่ในภาวะปลาใหญ่กินปลาเล็ก จริยธรรมวิชาชีพจึงเป็นทางหนึ่งที่บุคคลในแต่ละอาชีพกำหนดขึ้นภายในกลุ่ม ให้สมาชิกนำไปปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เป็นที่ยอมรับและวิชาชีพนั้นๆ สามารถดำรงอยู่ในสังคมต่อไปได้ แต่การกำหนดจริยธรรมวิชาชีพขึ้นนี้ ก็เปรียบเสมือนการตรากฎหมายในแง่ของความเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร แต่การประพฤติปฏิบัติเป็นระดับของความสำนึก รู้ผิดชอบชั่วดี

               บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและวิธีวางตัว วางใจ ตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนา ในฐานะของศาสตร์ที่สามารถปฏิบัติได้ พิสูจน์ได้ ไม่จำกัดกาลเวลา ซึ่งได้แก่ การดำรงตนบนฐานสัจจะ-ความจริง คือ อริยสัจ 4 หน้าที่ต่ออริยสัจ 4 การดำเนินชีวิตตามทางสายกลาง และนำธรรมจริยาเป็นหลักความประพฤติปฏิบัติในชีวิต บทความนี้ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์เอกสารพระไตรปิฎกและเอกสารทางวิชาการ พบว่าการปฏิบัติเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของจริยธรรม เมื่อจริยะหมายถึงความประพฤติ กิริยาที่ควรประพฤติ เมื่อนำจริยธรรมวิชาชีพไปประพฤติปฏิบัติจริงในสาขาวิชาชีพ และใช้ธรรมจริยาเป็นหลักประพฤติในชีวิต จะเป็นส่วนสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้เกิดสมดุล มีความสุขและเป็นประโยชน์ทั้งกับตนเองและผู้อื่น

               On the day the society develops until the date of the claim in ethic. That means the society must face problems or troubles because conscious of ethics is a conscience, which is an indicator of good/bad, right/wrong. People are working for a living and everyone is in the profession and the consumer also. But the problem or suffering is due to dishonest work, it has exploitation and let the society in a state of selfishness. Professional ethics is one way that individuals in each profession set up within a group to allow members to practice in order to be acceptable and to be able to live in society. But professional ethics is like a written law, the behaviors are the level of consciousness of good and evil.

               This article aims to study the concept and how to condescend and entrust as a science that can be practiced and proved with unlimited time. These include: Establishment on the basis of the Four Noble Truths, duty to the Four Noble Truths and way of life according to the middle path, bring in righteous conduct for life principles. This article uses the method of analyzing and synthesizing Buddhist scriptures and academic papers. It is found that practice is at the heart of ethics. Ethics means conduct, good manner. When applying ethics in professional conduct and essentially behave in life, it will support and promote balance, pleasant and useful both to themselves and others.
