ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษา หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย

Abstract

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย 2) ระดับการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 150 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน โดยวิธี Stepwise regression

                   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย ในภาพรวมระดับปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก    (x= 4.26, S.D. = 0.38) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านเจตคติต่ออาชีพครู   (x= 4.53, S.D. = 0.44) 2) ระดับการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x= 4.24, S.D. = 0.42) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ (x= 4.35, S.D. = 0.47) และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย คือ ด้านการรับรู้ในความสามารถตนเอง (X₁) ด้านเจตคติต่ออาชีพครู (X₃) และด้านความทะเยอทะยาน (X₂) ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีพครู วิทยาลัยเชียงราย โดยภาพรวม (x) อย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ ได้ดังนี้

              Y_tot  = 0.603 X₁ + 0.181 X₃ + 0.118 X₂

           The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of factors affecting self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College 2) the level of the self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College , and 3) the factors affecting self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College. The sample size was 150 people that consisted of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College in academic year 2015. The instrument for data collection was the rating scale questionnaire with 5-level rating scales. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage (%) , mean (x) , standard deviation (S.D.) and multiple regressions of Stepwise regression method.

             The research findings were found that 1) the level of factors affecting self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College was overall high (x= 4.26, S.D. = 0.38). Considering the individual aspects, it was found factors of attitude toward teacher profession (x= 4.53, S.D. = 0.44) 2) the level of the self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College was high (x= 4.24, S.D. = 0.42). Considering the individual aspects, it was found the personality (x= 4.35, S.D. = 0.47) and 3) the factors affecting self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College were factors of self-ability perception (X₁) factors of attitude toward teacher profession (X₃) and factors of aspiration (X₂) All factors have affecting self-development according to ethical codes of professional teacher career of graduate diploma students in teaching profession at Chiangrai College in overall (). Its statistical significance was at .05 level which can write regression analysis as;
