บทการแสดงโขนพระราชทาน: ลักษณะเด่นด้านความรวดเร็วและเอกภาพ (The Royal Khon Performance’s Script: Characteristics of The Agility and The Unity )

Abstract

                บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะเด่นของบทการแสดงโขนพระราชทานที่สอดคล้องกับรสนิยมของผู้ชมร่วมสมัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ลักษณะเด่นของบทการแสดงโขนพระราชทานมี 2 ลักษณะ คือ ความรวดเร็วของบทการแสดง และเอกภาพของบทการแสดง

               ลักษณะเด่นด้านความรวดเร็วเกิดจากกลวิธี 4 ชนิด คือ การตัดสลับฉาก-การดำเนินเรื่องแบบคู่ขนาน การตัดเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่สำคัญ การปรับลดความยาวของบทการแสดง และการใช้การแสดงแทนการบรรยาย

               ลักษณะเด่นด้านเอกภาพเกิดจากกลวิธี 2 ชนิด คือ การมีเนื้อเรื่องที่สมบูรณ์ในแต่ละชุดการแสดง และการทำให้เนื้อเรื่องหลักโดดเด่น ในกลวิธีที่ทำให้เนื้อเรื่องหลักโดดเด่นนั้นพบว่ามี 2 กลวิธีย่อยประกอบอยู่ คือ การตัดเหตุการณ์ย่อยเพื่อทำให้เนื้อเรื่องโดดเด่น และการชูบทบาทตัวละครเด่น

              This article aims to study the characteristics of Royal Khon Performance’s Script that satisfy to the contemporary audience’s taste. The analysis shows that there are two key characteristics in the Royal Khon Performance: 1) agility of performance 2) unity of performance.

             The characteristics of agility cause of 4 strategies; the punctuated cutting - parallel continuity , unimportant event cutting, reduction in length of script and using the action replace description.

             The characteristics of unity causes 2 things are having the complete story in each of episode and making the characteristics story. The strategy to make the characteristics story has 2 strategies are cutting the sub events to make a characteristic story and emphasizing featured characters.
