องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษาของนักแก้ไขการได้ยิน : การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ (The Components Of Counseling Competencies Of Audiologist: Qualitative Study)

Abstract

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษาของนักแก้ไขการได้ยิน เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในสาขาความผิดปกติของการสื่อความหมาย การศึกษาพิเศษหรือเป็นผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับผู้ที่สูญเสียการได้ยิน หรือเป็นผู้ที่มีงานวิจัยเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ที่สูญเสียการได้ยิน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 5 ท่าน ประกอบด้วย นักแก้ไขการได้ยิน 2 ท่าน นักแก้ไขการพูด 1 ท่าน และครูการศึกษาพิเศษ 2 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ   แนวคำถามแบบกึ่งโครงเพื่อใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษาของนักแก้ไขการได้ยินพบว่า สมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษาของนักแก้ไขการได้ยินประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ด้านความรู้  2) ด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล และ 3) ด้านทักษะการให้คำปรึกษา

                The purpose of this research was to study the components of counseling competencies of audiologist. It was a qualitative study. Key informants of the study consisted of 5 participants, who being an expert in area of communication disorders, special education, or experience working with clients with hearing impaired, or have research on hearing impaired person, selected by purposive sampling. Key informants consisted of 1 speech pathologist, 2 audiologists, and 2 special education lecturers. The instrument for data collection was a semi-structure questionnaire for in-depth interview. Data was analyzed with content analysis. It was founded that; the components of counseling competencies were comprises 3 components. The first component was knowledge. The second component was personal characteristic. The last component was counseling skill.
