Abstract

                 งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมการจัดการขยะ สำหรับนิสิตสาขาวิชาสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 85/85 เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้และทัศนคติ ก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม และศึกษาทักษะการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 47 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ คู่มือฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบวัดทัศนคติ และแบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐาน t-test ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คู่มือฝึกอบรมการจัดการขยะ สำหรับนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 89.45/88.5 และดัชนีประสิทธิผลของคู่มือฝึกอบรม (E.I.) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.6236 และนิสิตที่เข้ารับการอบรมมีความรู้ ทัศนคติต่อการจัดการขยะ หลังการฝึกอบรมมากกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และในการฝึกอบรมนิสิตที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม มีทักษะการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะอยู่ในระดับบ่อยครั้ง แสดงให้เห็นว่าการฝึกอบรมนี้สามารถสร้างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการปฏิบัติที่ดีต่อการจัดการขยะ สำหรับนิสิตสาขาวิชาสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา คณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม

                   The research into the development of the waste management manual for the environmental education students from the faculty of Environment and Resource Studies in Mahasarakham University to be effectiveness on the basis of 85/85, study and compare the levels of knowledge and attitude before and after training and study skill on waste management of the participants. The participants were 47 of the environmental education students from the faculty of Environment and Resource Studies in Mahasarakham University. The research instruments consisted of; waste management manual, knowledge testing, attitude testing, and practical skillsmeasuring. The statistics used to percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing t-test.The standard of the waste management manual was observed at 89.45/88.50. The effectiveness Index (E.I.) of the waste management manual was depicted at 0.6236. The knowledge and the attitude scores in the post-test were found higher than the counterpart scores in the pre-test with the significance at the level of .05. After participating in the waste management projects, the students reported to perform waste management in their daily life at the often level which showed that the waste management training was able to equip the students with proper knowledge, positive attitude and sufficient skill on waste management.
