ความต้องการและแนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในบ้านสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี (The requirement and development guidelines for home product and facility for the Elderly in Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi)

Abstract

               การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุกับผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ใช้ภายในบ้าน 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุในผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ใช้ภายในบ้าน 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ใช้ภายในบ้านให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจากผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จากการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) โดยมีหลักเกณฑ์คือ ไม่จำกัดเพศ และต้องอาศัยอยู่ในอำเภอบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักรวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 7 ราย โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ ร่วมกับการสังเกตและจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง

               ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุกับผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ใช้ภายในบ้านส่วนมากจะเป็นบันไดที่มีความชันมากเกินไป และพื้นห้องน้ำที่มีความลื่น และการลุกนั่งที่ลำบาก 2) ความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุในผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ใช้ภายในบ้าน ผู้สูงอายุต้องการห้องนอนที่อยู่ชั้นล่างของบ้าน ประตูเลื่อนที่มีน้ำหนักเบา และโทรศัพท์ที่ใช้งานง่ายสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ใช้ภายในบ้านให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ สามารถพัฒนาพัดลมที่ควบคุมการทำงานได้โดยรีโมทคอนโทรล เครื่องกรองอากาศและฝุ่น กำแพงลดเสียงรบกวน ระบบไฟฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้สูงอายุกรณีไฟดับ สิ่งผ่อนคลายที่จะช่วยให้หลับสบายมากยิ่งขึ้น โทรศัพท์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ เครื่องออกกำลังกายสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ รถเข็นที่สามารถใช้กับชักโครกได้

               ประโยชน์จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันของผู้สูงอายุได้ รวมทั้งตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ  ตลอดจนเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ ให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการทั้งหลาย ได้ผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพและมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยให้ดีขึ้น

              The purposes of this research are 1) to study the problems with using the daily lives of the elderly with products and facilities in the home. 2) To study the needs of the elderly in the products and facilities in the home. 3) To study the development of products to use in the home. The research is a qualitative research. The selection is elderly who has 60-year-olds and over from the purposive sampling, with the criteria of no sex and the need to live in Ban Pong district, Ratchaburi. There were 7 main informants. The collection is interviewed, observe and documentation.

               The study found that 1) the problems with using the daily lives of the elderly with products and facilities in the home are mostly steeper and bathroom floors are very slippery. 2) The needs about the products and facilities for the elderly in the home are a bedroom on the first floor of the house and easy phone for elderly. 3) The development of products to use in the home are the fan that control by a remote control, air and dust filter, noise reduction wall, emergency lighting for the elderly in the event of a power outage, relaxation to help sleep more comfortably, An exercise machine for the elderly, and wheelchair access to the toilet.

               The benefits of this study can be used as a guide to solving problems related to daily living of the elderly. Including responding to the needs of the elderly. As well as a guide for developing new products for entrepreneurs to produce quality products and effective for the elderly. Finally, it will improve the quality of life of the elderly in Thailand better.
