ผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารการศึกษา (Super Leader Of Educational Administrators)

Abstract

                ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำเป็นการมุ่งพัฒนาความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำในบุคคลอื่น โดยให้ความคิดเห็นข้อมูลย้อนกลับพร้อมกับการวิจารณ์ที่สร้างสรรค์และข้อเสนอแนะ โดยที่ผู้นำเหนือผู้นำต้องแสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างของความเป็นผู้นำที่เข้มแข็งและมีมาตรฐานทางศีลธรรมที่สูง เป้าหมายหลักของผู้นำเหนือผู้นำ ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมทัศนคติที่ดี 2) ทำให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาสามารถกำหนดเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคลได้ 3) กระตุ้นให้เกิดการสังเกตและข้อคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา และ 4) สนับสนุนให้สมาชิกสามารถส่งเสริมและกระตุ้นบุคคลอื่นต่อไปได้ สำหรับกระบวนการที่จะสร้างผู้นำให้มีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำนั้นมีทั้งหมด 7 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การทำให้บุคลากรเป็นผู้นำตนเอง 2) การแสดงตนเป็นต้นแบบให้บุคลากรเป็นผู้นำตนเอง 3) การกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรตั้งเป้าหมายด้วยตนเอง 4) การสร้างรูปแบบความคิดในทางบวก 5) การอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเอง 6) การสนับสนุนให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเองโดย การสร้างคณะทำงาน และ 7) การอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมของผู้นำตนเอง

                 Super leadership focuses on the development of the self-leadership abilities in others. This is done by providing praise along with constructive criticism and feedback. Super leaders are expected to exemplify both strong self-leadership and high moral standards. The main goals of super leadership are as follows: 1) developing environments that promote positive attitudes; 2) enabling subordinates to set personal goals; 3) encouraging observation and comment amongst subordinates; and 4) encouraging members of a group to support and motivate one another.  Seven elements of super leadership development process comprised: 1) become a self-leader; 2) model self-leadership; 3) self-set goals; 4) create positive thought patterns; 5) facilitate self-leadership through reward and constructive reprimand; 6) promote self-leadership through teamwork; and 7) facilitate self-leadership culture.
