ปริจเฉทการพูดของมัคนายกในวัดพระอารามหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม : การศึกษาตามแนวชาติพันธุ์วรรณนาแห่งการสื่อสาร (Spoken discourse of “maṛganāyaka” at royal temples in Nakhonpathom province: An Ethnography of Communication approach)

Abstract

                   บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการสื่อสารในปริจเฉทการพูดของมัคนายกวัดพระอารามหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้แนวคิดชาติพันธุ์วรรณนาแห่งการสื่อสารของไฮมส์ (Hymes,1974) ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นเทปบันทึกการพูดสดของมัคนายกในการเชิญชวนคนทำบุญ จำนวน 35 ปริจเฉท และการใช้วิธีการสังเกตการณ์อย่างมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์ประกอบการสื่อสารทั้ง 8 องค์ประกอบในปริจเฉทการพูดของมัคนายกในวัดพระอารามหลวง จังหวัดนครปฐมนี้จึงมีส่วนสัมพันธ์ที่ส่งเสริมกัน และการสื่อสารนี้ดำเนินได้เพราะเกิดขึ้นในชุมชนที่คนในสังคมเข้าใจและยอมรับเกี่ยวกับการทำบุญ

                   This article aims to study communicative components in spoken discourse of “maṛganāyaka” at royal temples in Nakhonpathom province by using “Ethnography of communication” (Hymes, 1974). The data used in this study derives from the recorded files of maṛganāyaka’s live talk when they persuade people to make merit. There are 35 recorded files collecting from field work including the observation from researcher. The study revealed that 8 communicative components in this spoken discourse are all related to cause this communication run effectively and smoothly in the community where people comprehend and agree with the philanthropy.
