Abstract

                  การวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและผลของความสำเร็จในการเรียนการสอนเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการแจกแบบสอบถาม สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ประชากร ได้แก่ พระนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 63 รูป และผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ พระนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1–4  และบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา รวม 5 รูป โดยศึกษาปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุของความสำเร็จในการเรียนการสอน 4 ประเด็น คือ แผนการสอน วิธีการสอน ครูผู้สอน และตัวผู้เรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นพระนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 24 รูป (38.1%) พระนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 22 รูป (34.9%) พระนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 17 รูป (27.0%) ปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการเรียนการสอน (r=.948*) ในการรับรู้บทบาทของตนเอง เตรียมความพร้อมและการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมบรรยากาศของการเรียนการสอน เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดความสำเร็จในการเรียนการสอน ส่วนปัจจัย ด้านแผนการสอน วิธีการสอน ครูผู้สอน ไม่สัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการเรียนการสอน (r=.037)

               Research to study causal relationships and outcomes between variables about teaching-learning. Mixed methodology design was questionnaire, in-depth interview, observation and participant analysis. population was collected with student monk level 1–3 amounts 63 persons. and key informants was student monk level 1–4 and Graduated students total 5 persons. (38.1%), students monk level 2 were 22 persons. (34.9%), students monk level 3 were 17 persons. (27.0%) By studying the factors that cause success in teaching.
