การศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางสังคมของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน (The Study Of Components Of Social Competence Of Children With Hearing Impairment)

Abstract

                 การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางสังคมของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานปีการศึกษา 2560 เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการทำงานกับเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน จำนวน 7 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วยครูการศึกษาพิเศษ 3 คน นักจิตวิทยา 2 คน นักแก้ไขการได้ยิน  1 คน และนักแก้ไขการพูด 1 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เพื่อใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากการศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางสังคมของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางสังคมของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ประกอบด้วย  2 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ทักษะทางสังคม ได้แก่ ทักษะการสื่อสารทางสังคม และทักษะการรู้คิดทางสังคม และ 2) ทักษะการจัดการสัมพันธภาพทางสังคมได้แก่ ทักษะการจัดการสัมพันธภาพกับเพื่อน และทักษะการสร้างการยอมรับจากเพื่อน

                The purpose of this research was to study the components of social competence of 7^th - 9^th grade children with hearing impairment who were attending schools for the deaf under Bureau of Special Education, The Office of Basic Education Commission, in 2017. It was qualitative study. Key informants of study consisted of 7 experts, working on children with hearing impairment. These were selected by purposive sampling. Key informants comprised    3 special education teachers, 2 psychologists, 1 audiologist and 1 speech pathologist. The data was analyzed by content analysis. The instrument for data collection was a semi-structured interview questionnaire for in-depth interview. The results of this study showed that the components of social competence of children with hearing impairment consisted of               2 components. The first component was social skills which consisted of social communication skills and social cognitive skills. The second component was social relationships management skills which consisted of peer relationships management skills and peer acceptance skills.
