ความแยบยลในพื้นที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ : ทัศนศึกษาพิพิธภัณฑ์ ในเอสโตเนีย สวีเดน และฟินแลนด์ (Cleverness in museum space : Museum trip in Estonia, Sweden and Finland.)

Abstract

              ในปัจจุบัน การออกแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์ถูกนำมาใช้เป็น คำตอบ ของการสร้างสรรค์สภาพแวดล้อมของเมืองและชุมชน การออกแบบใหม่หรือการปรับปรุงการใช้สอยพื้นที่ภายในอาคารสาธารณะ อาคารเดิม ที่อยู่ในบริบทของเมืองที่ต้องการการอนุรักษ์และการพัฒนาให้ไปต่อได้จำนวนมาก โดยที่สาธารณชนได้รับประโยชน์ในหลายด้าน ทั้งจากผู้ที่เข้ามาใช้ประโยชน์จากภายนอก และอีกในหลายกรณี ก็นำมาสู่การกระตุ้นหรือพลิกฟื้นสภาพเศรษฐกิจของพื้นที่ ให้เกิดโอกาสและการกระจายทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ให้กับชุมชนให้ได้รับผลประโยชน์ทั้งจากทางตรงและทางอ้อม ในแง่ของการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ประเภทพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่เก็บรักษาสิ่งสำคัญในแต่ละเรื่องราว รวมไปถึงการสร้างความหมายและความสำคัญให้กับเมืองและชุมชน ในฐานะที่เป็นแหล่งพบปะสังสรรค์ของผู้คน ซึ่งจะมีความแยบยลอันน่าสนใจที่แตกต่างหลากหลายไปในแต่ละแห่ง

               ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนบทความศึกษาพิพิธภัณฑ์ด้วยการสำรวจโดยใช้ทักษะและประสบการณ์ตนเองในการทัศนศึกษาพิพิธภัณฑ์ในประเทศเอสโตเนีย สวีเดน และฟินแลนด์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาและบ่งชี้ถึงลักษณะความแยบยลในพิพิธภัณฑ์แต่ละแห่ง โดยใช้องค์ความรู้ในการสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ประเด็นด้านกายภาพ จากบทความการจัดการพื้นที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในพิพิธภัณฑ์ของณัฏฐินี กาญจนาภรณ์ และคณะ กับรายงานวิจัยฉบับสมบูรณ์เรื่องการจัดทำคู่มือมาตรฐานการนำเสนอเนื้อหาของพิพิธภัณฑ์แหล่งเรียนรู้ในอาคารสาธารณะด้วยการออกแบบที่เป็นธรรมสำหรับทุกคน ของชัยณรงค์ อริยะประเสริฐ และคณะ โดยเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในพื้นที่ด้วยตนเอง ทำการสำรวจและสังเกตความแยบยลโดยบันทึกด้วยภาพถ่ายและเขียนภาพแบบฉับพลัน จากนั้นนำมาวิเคราะห์กับองค์ความรู้ที่ทบทวนในลักษณะการสร้างตารางสหสัมพันธ์ เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงความแยบยลของพิพิธภัณฑ์ตามที่ได้สรุปจากวรรณกรรมที่ศึกษา เพื่อขยายขอบเขตของการรับรู้ที่จำเป็นต่อความแยบยลในพื้นที่ ให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการออกแบบและวางแผนจัดการพื้นที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในพิพิธภัณฑ์ อันจะเป็นข้อสังเกตที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการศึกษาเพื่อการออกแบบและปรับปรุงพิพิธภัณฑ์ในอนาคต

               จากการศึกษาได้พบข้อสรุปในประเด็นด้านความแยบยลในมนุษย์ เพื่อออกแบบให้รองรับกับความแตกต่างที่หลากหลายของปัจเจกบุคคล เป็นประเด็นที่สำคัญมากในการออกแบบในปัจจุบันที่ควรตระหนักอย่างยิ่ง เพราะแม้ในการออกแบบพื้นที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในพื้นที่ ซึ่งมีการวางแผนมาอย่างดีโดยนักวิชาชีพ ให้มีความยืดหยุ่นในการใช้งานรองรับกิจกรรมของเมืองและสังคมที่มีความเป็นไปได้อันหลากหลายนั้น มีความแตกต่างที่สวนทางกับการออกแบบที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะในการเข้าถึงเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของบุคคลที่มีความหลากหลายในพิพิธภัณฑ์หรือศูนย์เรียนรู้เป็นอย่างมาก และน่าที่จะได้ศึกษาและเรียนรู้กันต่อไป
