การประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร (Evaluation of Master of Arts Program on Educational Informatics of Graduate School, Silpakorn University)

Abstract

              การประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรในด้านบริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต และ 2) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะจากการประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ทั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยใช้แนวคิดการประเมินแบบ CIPP ของ Stufflebeam โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย (Stakeholder) จำนวน 5 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษา ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และนายจ้างของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามการประเมินหลักสูตร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาในภาพรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านผลลัพธ์มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านบริบท กระบวนการ และปัจจัยนำเข้า มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ


2. ข้อเสนอแนะจากการประเมินหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา พบว่า ควรมีการปรับปรุงรายวิชาให้มีความสอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป เพื่อให้ได้รายวิชาที่น่าสนใจและมีความทันสมัย ควรมีการเพิ่มแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านสนเทศศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา และมีกระบวนการติดตามนักศึกษาในระหว่างการทำวิทยานิพนธ์

         The purposes of the research on Evaluation of Master of Arts Program on Educational Informatics of Graduate School, Silpakorn University are: 1) to evaluate Master of Arts Program on Educational Informatics of Graduate School, Silpakorn University in regard to context, input, process, and output, and 2) to study the recommendations from the evaluation of the Master of Arts Program on Educational Informatics of Graduate School, Silpakorn University. The researcher used Stufflebeam's CIPP evaluation concept. Data was collected data from 5 groups of stakeholders: curriculum committee, instructors, students, graduates, and employer of the graduates. The research tool was a curriculum evaluation questionnaire. Data was analyzed using basic statistics and content analysis.

               Research findings

1. The Master of Arts Program on Educational Informatics had overall quality at the high level. As for each aspect, the output had quality at the highest level, followed by process and input which had the high level, respectively.


2. Recommendations from the evaluation of the Master of Arts Program on Educational Informatics found that the course should be revised to be consistent with the changing context to be more interesting and modern. Also, learning resources on educational informatics should be added and there should be student tracking process during doing the thesis.
