Abstract

               งานบทความวิชาการการใช้เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลงานวิจัยเพื่อการศึกษาการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา โดยการศึกษามุ่งเน้นข้อมูลของงานวิจัยที่ได้มาด้วยการใช้เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับงานวิจัยที่มีรูปแบบแตกต่างกันไปทั้งที่เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ซึ่งผู้วิจัยต้องมีระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานที่มากพอสมควร เนื่องด้วยการวิจัยในรูปแบบนี้ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพทั้ง 2 ส่วนประกอบกัน เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งผลการศึกษาที่ครอบคลุม ถูกต้อง น่าเชื่อได้มากที่สุด และสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการกำหนดองค์ประกอบ และกำหนดตัวชี้วัดในการปฏิบัติงาน อันนำไปสู่การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาได้

               ส่วนแรกเริ่มต้นด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของการวิจัยนี้คงหนีไม่พ้นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ซึ่งในส่วนนี้ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นคำถามปลายเปิด มีความยืดหยุ่น ลักษณะของข้อคำถามมีความชัดเจนและเข้าใจง่าย โดยความสำเร็จของการใช้เครื่องมือประเภทนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ ทักษะการสัมภาษณ์ของนักวิจัยที่ต้องมีการทำการบ้านมาก่อนสัมภาษณ์ และในส่วนที่ 2 คือ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยเป็นการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาเป็นองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อนำองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการปฏิบัติงานที่ได้มาพัฒนาเป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับนำกลับไปให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ยืนยันข้อมูลอีกครั้ง สิ่งสำคัญคือตัวชี้วัดที่นำมาตั้งเป็นข้อคำถามต้องมีความชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย มีความกะทัดรัด ได้ใจความสำคัญ นำมาซึ่งองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการปฏิบัติงานที่สำคัญอันนำไปสู่การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ
