การให้ความหมายและกระบวนการทำงานนอกเวลาของนักศึกษา คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตเพชรบุรี (The meaning and process of part-time of Faculty of Management Science students, Silpakorn University, Petchaburi Campus.)

Abstract

       การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการให้ความหมายและกระบวนการทำงานนอกเวลา (Part-time) ของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตเพชรบุรี  โดยใช้วิธีวิทยาการสร้างทฤษฎีฐานราก เพื่อหาข้อสรุปเชิงทฤษฎี เป็นการมุ่งศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจประสบการณ์ในการทำงานนอกเวลา ผู้วิจัยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบตัวต่อตัว นักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตเพชรบุรี  จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ เครื่องอัดเสียง สมุดจดบันทึก และแนวคำถามการสัมภาษณ์ปลายเปิด และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ตอบคำถามที่ผู้วิจัยเตรียมไว้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีพรรณนาวิเคราะห์เพื่อนำมาเป็นพื้นฐานในการวิจัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตเพชรบุรี ให้ความหมายของการทำงานนอกเวลาไว้  4 ความหมาย คือ 1) การใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์  2) การหารายได้เสริมและแบ่งเบาภาระผู้ปกครอง  3) การหาประสบการณ์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ชีวิตการทำงานในอนาคต 4) การทำงานเพื่อปรับปรุงลักษณะนิสัยของตนเองให้ดีขึ้น การวิจับพบว่า นักศึกษาเริ่มทำงานด้วยหลายวิธี ทั้งการถูกชักชวนโดยเพื่อนที่ทำงานอยู่ก่อน คำแนะนำจากผู้ปกครอง เพื่อน และจากอินเตอร์เน็ต และยังพบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการทำงานนอกเวลาของนักศึกษามี 5 ด้าน 1) ด้านลักษณะนิสัย 2) ด้านการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น 3) ด้านการสื่อสาร 4) ด้านการใช้จ่ายเงิน 5) ด้านการคบเพื่อน

                  This research is a qualitative research which aims to study the construction of meaning and process of part-time job of Faculty of Management Science students, Silpakorn University, Petchaburi Campus. Grounded theory was found the theoretical conclusion an understanding and definition of part-time working experiences. The researcher performed In-Depth interview to 15 of Faculty of Management Science students, Silpakorn University, Petchaburi Campus. The researcher paid role as a moderator, using voice recorder and note taker as the evidence from the interview. The sample group was liberated to describe their ideas about the topic plainly and contain was later interpreted by Descriptive Analysis method. The result from this study shown that Faculty of Management Science students, Silpakorn University, Petchaburi Campus defined the meanings of part-time job to 4 meanings which are 1) using time to benefit. 2) finding extra income and easing the burden on the parents. 3) finding the experience to learn working life in the future. 4) working to improve characteristic. And the process of part-time. It was found that the students have started the work of a variety of ways, including persuasion from friends who have worked part-time, recommendations from teachers, parents, acquaintances and finding a job and the information on the Internet. It also selected part-time job by often consider workplace near residential, interest and aptitude. The research found that the student start work in several ways. As well as being persuaded by a friends, advice from parents, friends and from the internet. And it was found that the problems and obstacles of part-time job of student has 5 aspects which are 1) the characteristic 2) working with others 4) spend 5) friendship.
