การพัฒนาระบบการพัฒนาครูออนไลน์วิถีพุทธเพื่อเสริมสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (A Buddhist Approach Based Online Teacher Development System for Enhancing Teacher ICT Competency)

Abstract

         การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบ 2) พัฒนา 3) ทดลองใช้และ 4) รับรองระบบพัฒนาครูออนไลน์วิถีพุทธเพื่อเสริมสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเอกสาร การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และการวิจัยและพัฒนา ทำการพัฒนาระบบด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟายที่ใช้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ 1) ด้านการศึกษา 2) ด้านการพัฒนาครู และ/หรือ การอบรมที่เน้นตามแนววิถีพุทธ และ 3) ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร จำนวน 30 คน และใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการหาศึกษาคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ ผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังอบรม และความพึงพอใจจากผู้เข้าอบรมที่เป็นครูสังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 33 คน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ การเปรียบเทียบ E1/E2 และ t-test dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบของระบบพัฒนาครูออนไลน์วิถีพุทธเพื่อเสริมสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร แบ่งออกเป็น 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก 17 องค์ประกอบย่อย โดยผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกองค์ประกอบ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันทุกองค์ประกอบ


2. กิจกรรมการอบรมที่พัฒนาตามระบบพัฒนาครูออนไลน์วิถีพุทธฯ มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x =4.43, S.D.=0.72) มีประสิทธิภาพที่ 95.31/85.61 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ ผู้เข้าอบรมมีผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการอบรมด้วยระบบพัฒนาครูออนไลน์วิถีพุทธฯ สูงกว่าก่อนอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 


3.  ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อการทดลองใช้ระบบด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x=4.52, S.D.=0.60) ด้านความเหมาะสมของโครงการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x=4.64, S.D.=0.52)  ด้านวิทยากร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x=4.62, S.D.=0.51) ด้านโค้ช อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x=4.63, S.D.=0.53)


4. ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิให้การรับรองและระบบพัฒนาครูออนไลน์วิถีพุทธฯ โดยมีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x=4.74, S.D.=0.46)

        The purposes of this research were 1) to study the elements, 2) to develop the system, 3) to test the system, and 4) to verify the Buddhist-based online teacher development for the enhancement of information and communication technology. The method used was mixed between documentary, qualitative, quantitative, and development research. The systems were developed by using the Delphi technique with 30 experts in several fields i.e. 1) Education, 2) Human development of Buddhist-based training, and 3) Information and communication technology. 33 teachers from occupational schools in Bangkok used the system to enhance their ICT competency and improve their skills and knowledge. This was done to quantify the efficiency, quality, and satisfaction of the system.

               The statistics collected for analysis were mean, standard deviation, E1/E2 comparison, and t-Test independent. The result of the research reveals that:

               There were 5 main elements and 17 sub-elements in Buddhist-based online teacher development for enhancement of information and communication technology. The experts confirmed that the level of the appropriateness of the elements is at highest level, and had consistent opinions on every element.

               Training regarding Buddhist-based online teacher development for enhancement of information and communication technology had a high level of quality ( x=4.43, S.D.=0.72). The effective value was 95.31/85.61 which was higher than expected. The participants achieved higher ICT competency due to the usage of this system after they trained. Statistical training significance was .01. Satisfaction results were the highest level (x =4.52, S.D.=0.60), suitability was ‘the highest’ level ( x=4.64, S.D.=0.52), instructors were the highest level ( x=4.62, S.D.=0.51), coaches were the highest ( x=4.63, S.D.=0.53).

               The experts verified the Buddhist-based online teacher development for enhancement of information and communication technology. The suitability of usage was agreed at the highest level ( x=4.74, S.D.=0.46).
