ปัจจัยด้านการประกอบอาชีพที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลแหลมใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม : งานวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีการ (Factors affecting Occupational in the Quality of Life of the Elderly in Laem Yai, Muang District Samutsongkhram Province: A mixed method study)

Abstract

                  บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการประกอบอาชีพที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุใน ตำบลแหลมใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีการรูปแบบคู่ขนานกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 256 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม วิธีการเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม    (Focus Group) เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการพรรณนาเชิงวิเคราะห์ และใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายประเด็นในรูปแบบตารางสรุปผล โดยนำเฉพาะประเด็นที่สอดคล้องกันทั้งสองวิธีการมาอภิปรายผลตามรูปแบบการวิจัยแบบคู่ขนาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการประกอบอาชีพที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุที่สอดคล้องกันทั้งสองวิธีการ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านความสนใจ และปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม โดยผลวิจัยเชิงปริมาณมีอิทธิพล เท่ากับ .355 และ .324 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่า เมื่อผู้สูงอายุได้ประกอบอาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความสนใจและความถนัดของตนเองและกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน และได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน ร่วมดำเนินงาน ร่วมแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์ และร่วมกันประเมินผลการดำเนินงานร่วมกันแล้ว จะส่งผลให้ผู้สูงอายุมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นในมิติ สังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสภาพแวดล้อม

              This research aimed to study the influence of factors affecting occupational in the quality of life of the elderly in Laem Yai, Muang District, Samutsongkhram Province. The research was an integrated research method in parallel approach, the sampling group of quantitative research was 256 respondents that conducted the survey by used cluster sampling with focus group method which chosen 8 informants to be the key informant and used questionnaire method and semi-structured interview; the quantitative data analysis used regression analysis; and the analysis of qualitative data used analytical descriptive method and used comparison table to compare each factor individually especially the related result will be explained by the parallel  research method.

               The research found that the occupational factors that affect the quality of life of the elderly in both ways are the factors of interest and the participation factor. The quantitative research was influenced by .355 and .324, respectively. The qualitative research found that when the elderly engaged in careers with their own interests and aptitudes the elderly in the community have been involved in the planning. Share benefits and jointly evaluate the performance. This will result in better quality of life for the elderly in the social, economic and environmental dimensions.
