ปัจจัยทางการตลาดและปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้บริโภคที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนา อย่างยั่งยืนของตลาดสด (Marketing Factors and Personal Factors Affecting Sustainable Development of the Fresh Market)

Abstract

                  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางการตลาดและปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของตลาดสด การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีแบผสมผสานทั้งวิธีเชิงปริมาณและวิธีเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่รวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณคือกลุ่มผู้บริโภคที่มาใช้บริการตลาดสดจำนวน 400 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบจำแนกทางเดียว และวิธีการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่รวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ผู้บริหารตลาดสด จำนวน 3 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการตรวจสอบสามเส้าด้านข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของตลาดสดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยทุกด้านมีระดับความเห็นด้วยระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านบุคลากร ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งนำเสนอทางกายภาพ และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันมีการรับรู้การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของตลาดสดแตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยทางการตลาด ด้านราคา การส่งเสริมการตลาด กระบวนการให้บริการ และสิ่งนำเสนอทางกายภาพ มีผลต่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของตลาดสด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05


 


               The purpose of this research was to study marketing factors and personal factors affecting to sustainable Fresh Market development. This research combined quantitative and qualitative study. The quantitative study consisted 400 customers; data were collected by using a self–administered questionnaire developed by the researcher. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The qualitative study consisted 3 administrators; the qualitative data were collected by using in -depth interview. The qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis and data triangulation. The major results revealed that the sample had very agreed that the marketing factors highly affected the sustainability of fresh market development. Pointing at each marketing dimension, we found that the rankings of marketing dimensions from highest to the lowest are product, price, person, place, process, and promotion, respectively. The finding of this study indicated that difference of occupation has different agreement on marketing factors. In addition, price, promotion, process, and physical evident are affected sustainable Fresh Market development, at a .05 significant level.
