รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติไทยสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ในการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลก ปี ค.ศ. 2026 (Management Model for Excellence of Thailand Men’s National Football Team in FIFA World Cup 2026)

Abstract

                 กีฬาฟุตบอลกลายเป็นกีฬาที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงสุดในประเทศไทยและผลงานของทีมชาติไทยเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่นำมาซึ่งความสุขของประชาชนชาวไทย ซึ่งแผนแม่บทพัฒนาฟุตบอลแห่งชาติระยะยาว 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2560-2579) ที่จัดทำโดยสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ได้มีการระบุวิสัยทัศน์และเป้าหมายของทีมชาติไทยให้มีผลงานอยู่ระดับแนวหน้าของทวีปเอเชียและสร้างโอกาสในการผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าสู่การแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลกรอบสุดท้ายภายในปี ค.ศ. 2026   ดังนั้นการศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการของทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติไทยกับแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติในต่างประเทศในการนำมาซึ่งการพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติไทยสู่ความเป็นเลิศในการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลกปี ค.ศ. 2026   ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมและทรัพยากรตลอดเส้นทางการสร้างทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติไทยสู่ความเป็นเลิศในการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลก การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิจัยเอกสารในด้านการดำเนินการของทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติไทย ทั้งในนโยบายระดับประเทศและหน่วยงาน เอกสารจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในประเทศไทย และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของการบริหารจัดการทีมฟุตบอลทีมชาติในต่างประเทศ  ได้แก่  ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เบลเยียม เยอรมนีและแอฟริกาใต้ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  ผลการศึกษาพบว่าทีมชาติไทยควรตั้งเป้าหมายในการผ่านเข้าแข่งขันในฟุตบอลโลกรอบสุดท้ายโดยเน้นการพัฒนาทีมชาติในชุดเยาวชนรุ่นอายุไม่เกิน 16 ปี โดยพัฒนาตามรูปแบบของ Thailand’s Way ซึ่งจะได้มาจากการสัมมนาผู้ฝึกสอน การวิเคราะห์จุดแข็งจุดอ่อนของนักฟุตบอลไทยเพื่อให้เกิดความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน โดยรูปแบบการพัฒนาทีมชาติไทยเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในฟุตบอลโลก ปี ค.ศ. 2026 ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบคือ 1. การบริหารจัดการทีม 2. การฝึกซ้อมของทีมชาติ 3. การบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับสโมสร 4. การคัดเลือกผู้เล่น 5. การวางแผนการแข่งขัน 6. การนำวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาและการวิเคราะห์เกมมาใช้ 7. การบริหารศูนย์ฝึกซ้อม และ 8. การบริหารผู้ฝึกสอน

                 Football has become the most popular sport in Thailand and the performance of the Thai national team is important to bring happiness to the Thai people. The 20-year national football development master plan (2060-2579), prepared by the Football Association of Thailand Under the Patronage of HM The King, the vision and goals of the Thai national team have been laid out for the leader in Asia and the opportunity to qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The objective of this study was to study and compare the management styles of the Thai national football team and the good practices of the national football team. The development model of the national football team to excellence in the World Cup in 2026 covers the preparation and resources throughout the formation of the national football team to the excellence in the World Cup. This study uses qualitative research method including the documentary research on the operation of the Thai national football team, both in national policies and agencies. Documents from related agencies in Thailand were analyzed. The good practices of managing the national football team from different countries were analysed including Japan, Belgium, Germany and South Africa. By analyzing data with content analysis, the study found that the Thai national team should set a goal in qualifying to the FIFA World Cup 2026 final round, focusing on the development of the under 16 youth national team. The team will be coached to play the style of Thailand's Way, which will be developed from coaching seminar. The style of play will be developed based on strengths and weaknesses of Thai football players to maximize competitive advantage. The development of the national team for excellence in the FIFA World Cup in 2026 consists of eight elements: 1. Team management, 2. Training of the national team, 3. Relationship management with the club, 4. Player selection, 5. Competition planning, 6. Sport science and game analysis, 7. Training center management and 8. Coach management.
