การพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช (Development of Guidance Activities Package to Promote Skills in Collaboration, Teamwork and Leadership among Leaders of Students’ Clubs of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University)

Abstract

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช  2) พัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา  และ  3) ศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา

            กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 ที่ใช้ในการศึกษาทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีมและภาวะผู้นำ  เป็นผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช จำนวน 700 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย  กลุ่มที่ 2 เป็นผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา จำนวน 56 คน  แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ  28  คน โดยวิธีการจับคู่ตามคะแนน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่  1) ประเด็นสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ สำหรับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาชมรมนักศึกษา และผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา  2) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา (3) แบบสอบถามทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ แบบสอบถามการทำงานเป็นทีม และแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา ที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97, .97 และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่  ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการทดสอบค่าที  

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของความร่วมมือ  คือ การร่วมมือดำเนินงานของชมรมนักศึกษา และการแสดงพฤติกรรมความร่วมมือ  การทำงานเป็นทีมมีองค์ประกอบเดียวเป็นการให้ความหมายเป็นองค์รวมไม่สามารถแยกเป็นองค์ประกอบได้  องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำคือ คุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพของผู้นำ และความสามารถนำทีมไปสู่เป้าหมาย  2)  ทักษะด้านความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก  3) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะความร่วมมือ การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำ มีจำนวน 12  กิจกรรม  มีค่าความสอดคล้องและความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) ผลของการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว พบว่า  ภายหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนว ผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษามีความร่วมมือในการทำงาน การทำงานเป็นทีมและภาวะผู้นำเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 หลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวผู้นำชมรมนักศึกษา กลุ่มทดลองมีความร่วมมือในการทำงาน การทำงานเป็นทีม และภาวะผู้นำ สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

                The purpose of this research aims to: (1) study the skills components regarding collaboration, teamwork, and leadership of leaders of students’ clubs of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU); (2) develop a set of guidance activities to promote such skills; and (3) examine the effects of the guidance activities on such skills of the leaders of students’ clubs.

               The research sample was divided into 2 groups: Group 1, consisting of 700 student leaders of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University student clubs, recruited by simple sampling served to study the skills components regarding collaboration, teamwork, and leadership; Group 2, consisting of 56 student leaders of students’ clubs of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, divided into experimental group and control group of 28 students each.  The research instruments used were: (1) group discussion form for STOU faculty members serving as students’ clubs advisors and leaders of the student clubs; (2) a set of guidance activities to promote skills in collaboration, teamwork, and leadership; and (3) questionnaire about such skills with reliability coefficients of .97, .97 and .97 respectively. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and exploratory factor analysis.

               The results show that: 1) the collaboration component include collaboration in conducting the student clubs’ activities and collaborative behavior of the student leaders while the teamwork suggest a component as a whole which cannot be categorized into subsets and  the leadership component consist of the student leaders’ personality traits and the ability to lead the team to its goal; 2) the skills in collaboration, teamwork, and leadership are at highest level ; 3) the development of a set of 12 guidance activities shows high level of congruency and appropriateness; and 4) the intervention by the set of 12 guidance activities reveals that the student leaders’ level of skills in collaboration, teamwork, and leadership were significantly higher after the use of the set of the guidance activities at 0.05 statistical significant level, and all three skills of the experimental group were statistically higher than the control group at 0.05 statistical significant level after the intervention.
