เรือนจำ: พื้นที่แห่งการลงโทษและการคืนคนดีสู่สังคม (Prison: The area of punishment and the return of good inmates to society)

Abstract

               งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ของเรือนจำและผู้ต้องขัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่มีต่อผู้ต้องขังและความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจนั้นมีผลอย่างไร ต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้ต้องขัง และเพื่อศึกษารูปแบบ กระบวนการของเรือนจำที่มีต่อผู้ต้องขังว่าควรเป็นอย่างไร   การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 7 ราย  เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่มและการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ต้องขังมีความสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลต่างๆ รอบตัวแตกต่างกันไปทั้งการใช้อำนาจและการต่อรองอำนาจ ส่วนการใช้อำนาจกระทำต่อร่างกายของผู้ต้องขังผ่านทางกฎระเบียบของเรือนจำ ไม่สามารถทำให้ผู้ต้องขังเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมได้ทั้งหมด การศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของผู้ต้องขัง ควรต้องเปลี่ยนที่ความคิดเป็นอันดับแรก ดังนั้นเรือนจำควรมีบรรยากาศที่เชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์ของความเป็นมนุษย์เข้าด้วยกัน สร้างชุมชนในเรือนจำที่มีความเสมอภาคกัน

                 This research is about the relationship between prison and inmates. The purpose of the research was to study power relation in various ways. How does the prisoner's behavior affect the inmate? And to study patterns. What is the prison process for inmates? This research is a qualitative research. The research main informants were 7 purposively selected samples. The research methods consisted of in depth interviews, focus group discussion and participatory observation. The data were analyzed by content analysis. Research has found inmates have a different relationship with their peers, both in terms of their power and their bargaining power. The use of authority on the body of inmates through prison regulations. Cannot make inmates change their behavior. This study shows that the behavioral change of inmates. Should change the mind first. So the inmates should have an atmosphere that links the relationship of humanity together. Build a community of equal equality.
