การพัฒนาและตรวจสอบโปรแกรมกระบวนการการจัดการตนเองและเครือข่ายทางสังคม ที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูแบบบูรณาการการวิจัย การวัดประเมิน และการประกันคุณภาพ (The development and monitoring of self-management program and social networks on the performance of integrated teachers the research , assessment and quality assurance.)

Abstract

               งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบโปรแกรมกระบวนการการจัดการตนเองและเครือข่ายทางสังคม ที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูแบบบูรณาการการวิจัย การวัดประเมิน และการประกันคุณภาพ วิธีดำเนินการ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย (1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางในการออกแบบโปรแกรม และ (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพโปรแกรม โดยแบบประเมินแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านอรรถประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความถูกต้อง เพื่อนำมาสร้างข้อคำถามในการประเมินคุณภาพคู่มือ จากนั้นจึงนำแบบประเมินไปให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบ แล้วทำการแก้ไขปรับปรุงตามคำแนะนำ และนำไปเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การสัมภาษณ์โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ส่วนการประเมินโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ของตัวแปร ผลการวิจัย การออกแบบโปรแกรม กิจกรรมครั้งที่ 1-12 ครั้งละ 2 ชั่วโมง โดยกิจกรรมครั้งที่ 1 การแนะนำโปรแกรมและวัดการจัดการตนเองกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูแบบบูรณาการ กิจกรรมครั้งที่ 2-11 การนำขั้นตอนของโปรแกรมการฝึกการจัดการตนเองมาใช้กับการปฏิบัติงานของครูแบบบูรณาการ พร้อมสร้างเครือข่ายทางสังคม เพื่อการทำงานร่วมกันในกลุ่มครู กิจกรรมครั้งที่ 12 การสรุปผลการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูแบบบูรณาการ ผลการประเมินโปรแกรมจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 ท่าน พบว่า โปรแกรมมีคุณภาพด้านความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านอรรถประโยชน์ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความถูกต้อง ตามลำดับ สำหรับจุดแข็งของโปรแกรม หากมีการดำเนินการตามหลักการที่เหมาะสมและคาดว่าจะเกิดประโยชน์ ถ้าหากปฏิบัติได้จริง จุดอ่อนของโปรแกรม ผู้ใช้อาจไม่เห็นความสำคัญของการใช้โปรแกรมและทำให้ไม่เห็นผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจน ข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม ในทางทฤษฎีโปรแกรมอาจมีความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ แต่หากนำมาใช้จริงอาจจะไม่เห็นผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจน เนื่องจากผู้ใช้โปรแกรมอาจจะไม่ได้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนอย่างครบถ้วน

                  This research aims to Development and monitoring of self-management program and Social Networks on the performance of integrated teachers the research, assessment and quality assurance. The researchers used a qualitative research with interviews with a sample of 5 experts. Research Instrument (1) interview guidelines in program design and evaluation (2) program quality assessment. The evaluation form is divided into 4 areas: utilities, possibility, suitability and the accuracy. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of the manual. Then take the assessment form to the experts to check. Then make corrections according to instructions. Data analysis, interview by content analysis. The basic statistical analysis was based on arithmetic mean (Mean), standard deviation (SD) of the variables.  The results of the research on the design of the program were 1-12 times per 2 hours. The first activity, the introduction of the program and the measurement of self-management with the performance of the integrated teachers. Activity 2-11 , implementing the steps of self-management training program for integrated teacher practice and create a social network to work together in the teacher group. Activity 12 , Conclude of the use of self-management program and integrated teacher practice. The results of the program evaluation from 7 experts found that the program had the possibility exists in most levels. The second is the utility, suitability and the accuracy of the order. For the strengths of the program , If follow the right principles. Expected to be useful in practice. Weakness of the program, users may not see the importance of using the program and cannot see the results clearly. The suggestion further, In theory, the program may have completeness. However, if used, may not see the results clearly. Because users of the program may not have fully followed the steps.
