การประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิธีวิทยาการวิจัยทางการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร (Curriculum Evaluation on Master Degree Program of Education in Educational Research Methodology ,Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University.)

Abstract

              การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประเมิน (Evaluation Research) โดยเป็นการประเมินความก้าวหน้า (Formative Evaluation) ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการประเมินหลักสูตรใน 5 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านผลผลิต และการศึกษาสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรค ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อให้การวิจัยนี้บรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายที่ตั้งไว้ จึงได้กำหนดให้มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลของการวิจัยครั้งนี้จำนวน 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร จำนวน 5 คน 2) กลุ่มอาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 7 คน 3) กลุ่มนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ 1-2 ปีการศึกษา 2557-2558 จำนวน 13 คน และ 4) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               ผลการวิจัยประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิธีวิทยาการวิจัยทางการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร โดยภาพรวมพบว่า กรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอน และนักศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นว่าเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และในรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ  ด้านบริบท และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า

               ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหา อุปสรรค ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร พบว่า ผู้เรียนยังมีจำนวนไม่มากนัก จึงควรมีการเพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรให้มากขึ้น โดยการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรในอนาคตนั้น ควรปรับปรุงให้มีความทันสมัยมากขึ้นโดยปรับเปลี่ยนให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทและความต้องการของสังคม เน้นการสร้างนักวิจัยเที่มีศักยภาพ ตอบสนองยุทธศาสตร์ของชาติ ตลาดแรงงานและทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศได้ และควรมีการเชิญอาจารย์ นักวิชาการ ที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในด้านต่างๆ มาร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ตลอดจนคณาจารย์ควรมี การให้บริการทางวิชาการแก่สังคมให้มากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ควรมีการพัฒนาระบบติดตามช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ให้จบการศึกษาภายในเวลาที่กำหนด

               This research was the evaluation research. It was the formative evaluation which had the purpose to evaluate the curriculum in the context, input, process, product and to study the problems, obstacles, the needs, the suggestion in order to achieve the setting purpose. There were four groups who gave the data of this research which were 1) five committee administering the curricular members 2) seven instructors 3) thirteen students who studying in 1-2 academic year of 2557-2558, and 4) three specialists in educational research methodology. The data were collected as both the amount quantitative and  qualitative research. The tools used in this research were the questionnaires and the guideline of the interview. The analyzing data as the amount research used the frequency, the percentage, the mean (x̄), and the standard deviation (SD.). The analyzing data as the qualitative research and the summarizing important issue came from the interview. The results were found that

               The committee administering the curricular, the teachers and the students.The opinions are appropriate at a high level. In each aspect, it was found that the most average aspect was the context and the least average aspect was the input factor.

               The problems, the obstacles, the needs, and the suggestions of people whom involved in administering the curricular was found that There are not many students so public relations should be increased The future society should improve the curricular more up to date suitably with the context and the needs of people, society and country. There should be the teachers having the knowledge and experience in variety of branches in order to exchange the knowledge throughout there should be more the academic service for the society. In addition, the system should be developed to assist students in the thesis. To graduate within a specified time.
