Abstract

The research objectives were to 1. study the framework of academic management of vocational institute based on the concept of students’ digital literacy development 2. study the current and the desirable states of academic management of vocational institute based on the concept of students’ digital literacy development. The samples of the study were 274 Vocational Institutes under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The research instruments were questionnaires and strategic evaluation form to testify feasibility and appropriateness of the strategies. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNIModified


       The results were as follows: 1. The framework of academic management of vocational institute based on the concept of students’ digital literacy development, the framework of academic management consist of 4 things were (1) curriculum (2) learning management (3) extracurricular activities (4) measurement and evaluation; the framework of digital literacy development consist of 3 things were (1) use development (2) understand development (3) create development 2. The current state as a whole was at the high level (  = 3.614) while the desirable state as a whole was at the highest level (  = 4.606).
